how can this virtue ethics can be applied in medical profession?

Good presentation of a fascinating subject invented by Aristotle, almost certainly the greatest man that ever lived. Virtue ethics is a vastly underrated subject and yet at the same time it remains an uncompleted work.

i have one theory if you are interested in, so here goes:
“The whole ongoing Reality is a FeedBack Reflection Of your Choices and Desires; Your Choices and Desires should just be the According FeedBack For what you want Reality to become, but not also the Reflection Of the actual Reality otherwise you will be in the Loop of Reflexivity” mySelf
What i wish to imply by that ultimately, is that the cause and effect principle becomes metaphysical, one being becomes the world through perspective.
