@DreadfulControversy Deficit deadlifts (increase ROM) increases the difficulty of the lift, theoretically making the normal deadlift easier when I switch back.

Saw your vid through the CL FB page. Great lifts. So I'm guessing you rotate these Deficit & ATG lifts with Lesser ROM Max Effort lifts? If so how long are the cycles? I like the idea of doing that.

@mister38 I'm thinking 3 week cycle of Deficit 1 week of rack pulls and then try the 500 again. I use the ATG lifts when my knees hurt so I go a bit light.

@rak000 Not close. Need to push 385.... I'll let you know, squats are tough mentally.

@YoCard Ahhh I see btw a great workout for added ROM are elevated deadlifts on a box. They really work well. give it a try next time. and also next video you gotta rock your old name out, You havent been using Dracoy anymore, im not happy about that
