there are many (7 major and 3 minor) other ways to recite the quran and all of them are correct. Sheikh dimashqiah is reciting a different way than most of us are accustomed to. Even sheikh mishary al afasy does it sometimes.

He does not do a gunnah in surah fatihah. The noon is prolongued a little more than necessary in 'aalameen. every qari will make a mistake. There is no doubling - perfect tajweed is not necessary for quranic recitation except that a Qari will recite to the best of his knowledge and ability and it is execrable for him not to. The tajweed is sunnah, not wajib

Actually brother giving a Saakin letter a Harakah is a Major error, the letter Noon has no quality of Qalqalah in it.
