It's the "bounty on your head" code (bagowpg), which confuses me since that implies everyone's out to supposedly get you, yet in my game it makes everyone think CJ has the plague.

Try change your weapons to none which is hand weapons they will come after you that what the cheat do,since you change to firing weapons(I change to chainshaw from m4 they come attack me.
