@ManiacalMadman or simply enchant 0-weight items with dmg on self and then put it in their inventory, then wait for them to sleep/make a conjured creature hostile and they will equip it and die!

you know ther's a more interesting way to off him - he has a honey alergy, so placing mead in his house (after removing all other edible items) will result in....well try it for yourself >:()
