I understand the narrator just fine. So she has an accent, big deal! These other comments are annoying at best. Take your lazy ears and go buy MS Project if you can't understand the nice lady speaking her well-enunciated English. And that's a Latin-American accent, not an Indian accent @7rainmaker.

Wow, one of THE worst voice overs I've ever heard. Really makes you think twice about Zoho. My wife is a VO artist and agent and she asked me to close the door because she couldn't stand listening to what she dubbed "Elmer Fudd's Asian aunt". Maybe Hispanic. Hard to place. Here's an idea for a project Zoho, hire a professional!

A terrible promotional/introductory video. It gives and impression that you don't want customers.

[1] You have to show how to create new projects in the 1st place, not how to import data from other applications.

[2] What's the point of using a person with a speech impediment as a narrator?! A professionally narrated voice would cost about $20.

[3] Impossible to follow + doesn't give a good impression about the product.

The whole video is a bad joke and a total disrespect to customers.

I could understand it, but i think that companies like Zoho can afford services of someone who can speak proper english. A bit direspectful towards customers IMO.
