In Part 2 Renaat from R&S Records talks about how R&S took a break for 5 or 6 years, how he rediscovered his passion for music, and how he still listens to a lot of new artists. There's an amazing amount of quality music out there, and the technology has made it easy compared to the analog computers of the seventies.

He gives his view on social media, the future of electronic music. We talk about how an artist can survive , how a record label can fund itself in future, and what the possibilities are of another label like R&S coming along.

People should never give up on their dreams, work as hard as they can 22 hours a day, 7 days a week. He's had 1 holiday in 25 years. If it's your dream to make music then just go for it, and keep on trying. It's important to have good support around you, from your family, a manager , a label. Of course you need a little bit of luck too.

wow thumbs up,I try to "eat" of my music but its so so hard, principal factor i think are ressources,i know we are on the internet´s age,so what?still being hard.

it generates more competition, so you need more promo, more hours to produce more and better,

finally you must pay all that taking hours of your family,of your "job"(on the present)and if you dont take care, can lost all easily.

This is my opinion but I work in love and that´s my powershell"

Greettings from the breach and much bless

The same story keeps appearing, Passion, Hard Work, Never Giving Up.

I have an interview with German artist the Exaltics, over on my website (theghostwalk) who is on the edge of going full time.

He is juggling all those things and trying not to destroy life at home, his music, and it's a hard balance. Those that make it do it because they have to and have something to say, but it's never easy for anyone.
