  • i agree she's very attractive. even though up close (like at 1:15) she has a boy's face, she's beautiful. I got the impression that bittman wanted to physically ravish her by his eye contact and how overly close he was to her body.

  • i dont know what it is but i find her really attractive. i just found out about her because barnes and noble had her book out on display its called "sunday suppers at lucques" and it has this recipe in it .

  • Plan ahead for this amazing grilling recipe as the meat needs to be brined and cofitted (suggested: dork fat--pork and duck fat!). She is amazing, and when Bittman writes on other chefs, the result is clear and tasty, unlike some of his own recipes.
