Hooligan CERTIS CISCO parking attendant outside mac donalds, serangoon gardens, Singapore, claiming himself to be a gangster on 8 december 2010(1735hrs)

Dispute between 2 drivers and a certis cisco car park attendant.

Driver A is there for take away from Mac donalds and had left the car less than 5 minutes. The 2 lots next to his car is empty.

Driver B is there after Driver A, looking for the gents.

i'm supporting the cisco officer as he is the one who is right, if really urgent to go toilet u say 5-10mins why not make the effort to find a petrol kiosk? you dont need coupon there.

secondly, you are parking in a PARKING LOT with no coupon to boot and expect grace period? if every one does that it makes no sense to have coupons anymore aint it?

if you have enough money to buy a car, pay for insurance, bid coe, fill up fuel full tank in SG shell V-power, what is a measly coupon?

Darn poor cisco guy, i guess the guy who posted this video should have look into the mirror and see himself rather than commenting unreasonably by saying the "cisco holigan ca",the cisco guyis right in anyway and the driver is not having coupon which is already at fault and leaving the vehicle unattended how will the cisco staff know he just park.. dumb driver. if you are in the shoe of the cisco guy i guess you will beahve like a holigan instead. The title should relate to the driver instead.

The officer still would explain so much to the driver, once i got a summon and approach the officer and he just answer me, go talk to HDB, i only issue summon..

at 6:13 dont blame your wife for not throwing your used coupon dude!...bottomline is do not take it on these officers man..got urself a ticket just go for an appeal man..show your real balls there but not on these officers....and by the way i am not a cisco officer nor am i related to this officer...blame it on our lovely govt for putting up cutthroat rules to get in our pockets!...i wont get this problem in Australia....
