That's no bug but if you have this bug, follow the steps: Your browser may shake like crazy like you're holding alt. First, log off and get on Internet Explorer. Second, after the shaking stops, try to get it to go on the Menu Bar. Click View > Toolbars and then check Menu Bar. It will pernamently stay there. Hope this helped because it did for me :D
