Wendy, I think you might be over reacting just a little bit.
I guess it just depends on who and where you are as to how worn flags are handled.
There is nothing good or bad about it, it's just a personal preference as to how each V.F.W. handles mtheir affairs.
I don't disapprove, I guess that's how it's done in Texas.
Indiana is a Bible Belt state so it's expected that flag 'burning' would not happen here.
