In reality it's mere relaxing all opposing muscles to generate all muscles in use. Absolute strength is the body's capacity to do extreme amount of force but cant do all of it because there is a tendon that measure temperature for protection. animals like jaguars or cheetas are naturally fast and strong because they are built in natural law.
