Okay...this is great! I know it was meant to be an AU where Rory and Jess are best friends, etc., but if you look at this video in terms of canon GG, it shows just how VERY effective Shane's presence proved to be! Because, seriously, if you made the lyrics more masculine, they apply completely to Jess talking about Rory and Dean. Shane's presence flipped the perspective, so that it was Rory wanting Jess to see how good they'd be for each other.

@forevernalways22 omg yes i wanted to cry! and i think i almost did the first time i watched it? i'm not sure. but i agree, they are perfect together!! and they should've gotten back together in season 6! because they were fricken brilliant together. and in season 6 he ended up maturing, so they would've been even better together.
