Dude i tried this stuff. Maybe i'm weird but it gave me sick pump in the chest & arms but hardly any pump in the legs. I tried at least 5 times with the same result. Duh...go figure. I took the pills with lunch around 2 pm for a 4.15 pm workout. I've been working out for 15 yrs now and competed at state and jr national level in the 90's.

@zakpyle11 this is actually a really good product i was thinking it was BS at first too but then my friend gave me a little free sample size bottle with 4 servings in it and if you follow the directions on the bottle it really does give a crazy pump
