The MD doesn't have to "write" a new prescription. If he is speaking to a pharmacist (RPh) he can verbally prescribe over the phone.

How about rufusing a drug from a doctor that you dont need only to be restrained and forced the drug then locked in a room only to begin to fall asleep and fear youll never wake up again because of the drug then released. . happened to me friday night. I deserve to be able to sue them,

the doctor should have said he does not know alternative, and should have asked the pharmacist.

I think this video gives a bad image to doctors and underestimates a pharmacist. this might have an effect on patient-doctor relationship
