@sonofthedestroyer Look I'm the last person to defend Mervin Silva but not all Sinhalese and Buddhist monks are racist (and yes, some are). Please be careful about how you word your comments. I don't support racism at all and I still think we have a long way to go but we can't afford to be at each others' throats all the time. THAT will achieve NOTHING, it will only make things WORSE.

Mervyn Silva is only openly expressing the racist mindset of sinhalese towards Indians and tamil people. All this talk of cancelling Visas and being 'street people'. No point in pretending Mervyn is a one of man for thinking like this. Buddhist monks are preaching this hatred for several generations to kids.
