Mobility and Activation drills for anyone looking to improve their mobility and get themselves ready to move or exercise. This is very relevant to anyone getting ready to do any form of exercise whether it be playing sport, going for a run, power training, speed and agility training or hitting the gym.

It's essential that we prepare ourselves to train. In the long term our body will thank us for it! Foam rolling and other self myofascial release techniques precede this to improve soft tissue but then we need to start mobilizing our body and activating (turning on) important muscles so as to improve the efficiency, performance of our training or workout and reduce the risk of injury.

I highly recommend these drills for everyone...
