  • I would call it a block for the following reasons. (1) The defender did not obtain legal guarding position when the offensive player alighted on two feet before contact. (2) Contact is then made when the offensive player becomes an airborne shooter and the defender continues to move in front to obtain legal guarding position. Since it appears that legal guarding position was not obtained when the offensive player left his feet, I would call a block.

  • from what is shown here, you are probably not going to get the offensive foul call. More than likely he will get the the blocking call, there may be no call at all due to the minimal contact.

  • Block, possibly even a no call, because i didnt see that much contact, it all depends on your vantage point.
