the catholic church has never added to the bible. in fact, after the protestant reformation there were 7 books removed from the old testament by protestants.

In Revelation, it states that Satan was angered at the Woman and went to wage war with the rest of her offspring who keep God's commandments. In Genesis, God states He will put emnity between satan's offspring and the Woman's. In John, from the cross, Jesus says "Woman behold your son". Now, Mary has as her offspring all those whom her Son has saved.

@3410James Mary is representaive of the church is she not? Scripture can have several meanings, several stages of typology, and even ordinary human morals....Mary''s child was attacked by satan and was hid in eqypt...Herod murder of the infants....etc It also applied to the Holy Mother Church, for instance the propchies of Cyrus also have "secondary" or actually Primary for shadowings of Christ, Cyrus came did what he did and of course God came and redeemed the world

"Co-" does not mean equality to Jesus. "Co-" indicates a subordinate position. It is important to pursue education in language.

It is good to fight for the truth, but you have to know what our church teaches in regards to this passage. This woman in Revelation that Satan is waging war against is noty Mary, it is the Catholic Church and her offspring are the faithfull Catholics. There are also those outside the Church that are in communion with the church but this is an other ball game. I am not saying that Mary is not a co-mediatrix, she is. God Bless

@3410James The Lady is both symbolic of the Church **and** Mary. Which makes sense since Mary is a symbol of the Church.
