  • masterpiece !!

  • One of Uncle Adolf's favourite Wagner operas, but he (from the choice available in the 1930s) preferred the Toscanini version. The live version we saw in the 1950s (in Stockholm perhaps)was with Ehrling conducting and Bergstrom as Kundry; next week we had the Furtwangler/Flagstad combination in Tannhauser. That was when opera was still magnificent. Which combination of conductor/singers do other subscribers prefer?

  • I will say that again:EEEEPIC!!!!!!!

  • Epic art, also,ALL the pictures were epic,EPIC!!Pure romanticism!!

  • Oh,the first image is also the cover of Dimmu Borgir's album,''For all tid''.I wonder what it means, and whose painting is it?

  • it gives me goosebumps

  • The most beautiful recording of the Parsifal Ouverture. I would have given an arm and a leg to hear that in Salzburg then.
