The first time I EVER saw or heard K'naan was this PBS special right here. I was flipping through channels bored out of my skull by everyting on TV (most of it is crap) and I saw this guy singing his heart out, and I stopped to watch, and had NO IDEA who he even was until the end when I saw his name in the credits! He belew me away and I have been a fan ever since! Listening to his lyrics, and feeling his beats, makes me feel like there are so many more imortant things I can do in this world!
