Nice starter vid.... one thing, and I am sure you have already noticed.....it not using a wireless mic, then face the front when speaking... other than that keep vid blogging.

What size is that reflector, or what size would you recommend for a beginner? I do a lot of portraits and it looks like a reflector would be useful.

That camera isn't a 5D Mark II...

thank you for this video! I just purchased a 5 in 1 reflector, and I'm going to start learning how to use it. This video definitely gave me a good start! :3

Thanks for this video. Very clear and I appreciate the before and after shots. I am getting five 22 inch reflectors...a white, gold, silver, black, and translucent one and I am excited to use it. I have a Canon Rebel T1i and I think this will help me tremendously.
YipKuSing, you are correct that the camera shown in the video isn't a 5d markii. The camera filming is the mark ii, the camera shown is a back up 30D to show an example.
Reprographiste: This is the 95cm silver/white reflector by Creative Light. (roughly 38 inches in diameter) This has been a perfect size for me and works for most one to two person portraits!
