Congrats on your Beautiful baby girl and I love her name :)..... I agree that children do not learn to fear things unless their parents or those around them exhibit fear... Its a personal choice to have your children present and your birth was beautiful... Great Job

I personally think it's amazing that your children were there, especially seeing as they wanted to be there, and your daughter should be very proud of herself for helping to catch the little one!

@SuperEgyptiangoddess Glad you enjoyed my litle girl's birth. She was born at 40 weeks plus three days and weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces.

@BeasBaby96 and for any births you have had or may have that is your right. My children weren't forced to be present for the birth. They were not upset by it but they knew what to expect. We had an adult present to take care of them an if at any time one or more of them wanted to leave they could have easily. They WANTED to be there. Children aren't innately fearful of birth. It is the adults around them that are fearful of it that make them afraid.
