The US is a capitalist country. Patrice found a way to make money. Charge $2-3K for a song that took 10 minutes to write and of course there are going to be parents willing to do this for their children in hopes that someone will see it. I think as long as they keep the videos, lyrics, and costumes age apropriate, leave them alone. If you absolutely HAVE to blame someone, blame the parents. But if you take a look at Alana Lee Hamilton, a lot of good has come out of her Ark video.
