O_O i know, right? caleb's trying his hardest and catherine is letting her friends and her crush on that other doctor blind her from her real love, caleb. we all have to give caleb some credit. most ppl would give up, but caleb loved catherine enough to want to fight for her by taking the love dare.

I don't think Catherine's mistrust of Caleb's intentions are entirely the fault of her friends... his little acts of kindness are really forced at first, and he's not very consistent with them. It definitely doesn't help that her friends are suggesting those things, but I don't think she would have listened to them had she and Caleb had a more solid relationship to begin with.

I hate Catherine's friends. They tell her that Caleb is trying to trick her. I have 2 problems with this.

1. She completely believes that they are right, and not once does she think "You know, maybe Caleb is tricking me, maybe he's being genuine" This makes her a complete idiot and an a-hole

2. Catherine's marriage is none of her friends' business! They're sticking their noses into places where they don't need to interfere.

I used to hate how Catherine acted when he was nice, but you can't really blame her. Just think how he used to treat her.

And when someone shows you kindness, you can't help yourself, but feel flirty. you know? But it's still wrong.
