You know why these people hate this game? Because they are not hardcore fans of the 2D MK games. People who have never played MK in their lives would hate this; they don't understand the story , they don't know the combos/special moves, etc... I do not blame them.
But to me , i love this game...i love the fact that it tells us the story of the Original Sub-Zero of the Lin Kuei clan.

Sareena can actually kill Quan Chi for you in this game? I just beat the Fire Boss then it said to be on a harder difficulty and then I got really mad and never played it again! lol good times...

@koopakingdom I think you need normal difficulty to see everything. Yeah, Sareena will finish off Quan if you spare her after defeating her.
