based sa visit namin, di naman delikado. saka hindi talaga siya pang tourist kasi you have to know someone from there especially if you plan to visit overnight kasi walang hotel don. never heard of tribal war naman.

If you go their without knowing somebody it is advisable to ask for the house of the Barangay Captain. or some bodong holders..Yung Video is Tinglayan Kalinga, 8 municipalities po ang Kalinga. try visiting my website kalingatambayan .. about tribal war, it is already history, kalinga is very peaceful generally as of this time..

Sa Tabuk po maraming hotel dun, and Balballasang also offers tourist Inn. Sa Tanudan naman at Tinglayan they have no hotels pero their houses are open for visitors and strangers, you will be surprise if they will treat you as VIP regardless of what you are.
