LYRA Machine for the production of round bread suitable to work soft or semi-hard dough. Equipped with a 16
kg. Dough Capacity hopper. Volumetric dividing. Rounding on belt with removable and properly adjusted
chambers. It works without lubricating oil. Variable production from 2000 to 4000 pieces / hour . Touch
screen control panel able to set 50 programs and operative handling by P.L.C. system.

PRE-RISING PROVER Structural steel. Stainless steel swing-pockets with 4 removable cups moved by
means of a chain with 50 mm. Pitch. Covering with glazed stainless steel panels and plexiglass doors. Crumbs
collection drawer. Available in different versions. With wheels.

STAMPING UNIT Innovative stamping unit which permits to stamp different shapes and weight range from 30
to 150 gr. , according to different needs, thanks to the replacement , by a simple operation , of the stamping
bars and counterstamp used as base. It includes pieces exit conveyor belt with adjustable pressing roller and
removable flour duster

LONG LOAF AND MOULDING STATION Compact sheeting unit with two rollers, separately adjustable, on
a belt whose lower part is used , according to working speed , as pressing device ( i.e. Hamburger bread ) or as
long-loaf moulding device for finger rolls like Hot Dog. The finger rolls are sheeted by rollers and winded by a
stainless steel net. Max. obtainable length of the finger roll : 20 cm. By using the rollers and pressing device you
can easily get Pizzette ( little Pizza ), Arab bread, etc

TRAYS LOADING DEVICE The coupling of the retracting belt ,drawing the pieces from the prover outfeed
belt, to the step by step automatic trays loading device gives the possibility to put the products on the trays
with a big flexibility as concerns the positioning for a max. exploitation of the space on trays. Big stacker for
empty trays. ( 10 approx.) Manual collection of the tray with possibility to couple a stacker or a racks loader for
rotating rack oven.
