What you need:
Box of cakemix
Box of custardpower
2 cups of cream
150-200 grams of chocolate
1 package of white marzipan
1 package of green marzipan
Black sprinkles

Recipe:
Start with a box of cakemix, preferably chocolate cake. You are more than welcome, and in fact I encourage you, to make a chocolate cake from scratch, but one made from cakemix will do just fine! Slice it it three levels, horizontally. Then cut out the mushroomshape, make sure not to cut off too much!

Proceed by making some custard. Once again, custard from powder instead of actually vanilla will do fine, and is what is used in this video.

Whip one cup of cream, and then add almond brittle into the mix. About half a cup of it will do, then mix.

Spread custard on the first level of the cake, add a top on that, and then spread the whipped cream-mix.

Now heat up one cup of cream up til the point of boiling. Although, dont let it start boiling. Chop up 150-200 grams of chocolate. Then pour the warm cream over it, and mix it. Put it in the fridge for about half an hour, and then spread it across the cake.

Next up, take white marsipan, one package, and start flattening it with a breadpin. It should be quite thin. Cut out a piece big enough to cover the mushrooms face, and then some. Put in place, tuck in the cornes, and cut of excess dough.

The same routine goes for the green marzipan, but this time, you want to cut it out in a circle, about three inches larger than the mushroom itself.

The spots are made with white marzipan, and round cookiecutters or a glass.

The eyes are created from marzipan and black sprinkles!
Enjoy!

Nej, nej.
