FYI, just found out Lorenzo is supposed to be released in October of this year on DVD. Disney producer Don Hahn said so when he spoke at my school.

Unfortunately I live in Canada, and when I went to see "Raising Helen" to see "Lorenzo", it never showed the short, and I had to sit through a mediocre Kate Hudson comedy.

I don't know how it is possible - on the internet we can find everything but this short animation... Who wants to hide it from watching by people? I read somewhere below in these comments here, that some person who was responsible for rights has died, and then it should be release to the public, or sold on DVD's, but it not happened.

so this was never released? I saw this thanks to one of my animation professors years ago back when I was in art college. He was a ex-Disney animator so I guess he was able to get a copy of it. It's a great film! Maybe it will be released someday...or maybe not. :(

I Saw Lorenzo in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I think circa 2004/2005, at our annual Anima Mundi Festival. It´s a GREAT animation, and I hope someday Disney releases this short on Blu-Ray, as they promised...
