I have two female rabbits also and they do this. It's completely normal when you have two of the same gender. It's just to show who's domanant.

r they fat or alot of fur and lol in beggining run run as fast as u can

They are definitely well nourished, but it's all fur, about 4 -5 inches of it. They get trimmed in summer as the fur can cause heat exhaustion. They play outside in shade, but they still get hot.

Why do they have to run first?

Because the one being chased is not interested. It's more of an aggressive stance. They do run together for fun sometimes, but in this video, the one doing the chasing is being dominant, why?, I have no idea. Rabbits can be really moody. They flip roles sometimes too.

They will run because at first they don't know they are on heat but after a while, she gets the message and lets the male come in

Rabbits don't go into "heat". Rabbits can mate successfully 365 days a year, even just after giving birth. These are two females. Mating can also be a form of dominant behavior. Even two neutered male dogs will do this (practice dominating the other by trying to mount the other dog even though nothing will come of it).
