You can try to dismiss me as just another 'neocon' if you like, it doesn't change things.

Why don't you do some research, about all the conflicts going on around the world right now involving islam. You could throw a dart at a map of the world and you'd probably hit one.

If muslims want islam to be seen as peaceful, they need to get off their asses and do something about it. They know who these people are and where they are. They know whats happening, they don't care.

How many dead in Iraq were actually killed by US soldiers? How many were killed by shiites, sunnis, or the insurgents? The number of total dead is roughly 100K, the actual deaths caused by the US is 10%. Most of which were armed people trying to kill Americans. Those aren't civilians. Unlawful occupation of Gaza? How is it unlawful? The British gave Israel the land at the end of WW2. They could have thrown out the Pal's entirely, but didn't. They should be happy.

I would suggest you look into the massive civilian casualties in the Invasion & Occupation of Iraq and Israel's unlawful occupation of Gaza, the idea that civilian casualties are never purposeful is sadly pure fantasy. But again, you're already locked & loaded to blame Muslims for dying from our smart bombs with your "human shield" talking points.

Wouldn't you be offended if a bunch of religious nutjobs came into your state and decided they were running things from now? You'd have to keep a full beard at all times, the wife couldn't leave the house without escort. And you better be converting to islam if you don't want to be beheaded.

Civilians die during war, but does the US do it purposely? Absolutely not. I blame the terrorists that purposely use populated areas to attack from. They like civilian deaths.

I'd hate to think you only go after Islamic Terrorists when there are invasions & occupations that kill innocent civilians as collateral damage. It's hypocritical to only despise those who kill innocents thru asymmetrical warfare. Innocents die in US air-strikes so u must be "going after them for it" too

I'm not saying that islam is the only one that produces violent individuals. That's bullshit.

I'm talking more about the sheer volume of incidents compared to others. Terrorist attacks all over the world, attempts to take over pieces of land or entire countries in the name of islam. Attacks on people who have 'insulted' islam.

If the christians or the jews or any other were the ones doing this stuff, I'd be going after them for it. The fact is, they aren't, and islam is.
