Bijan explains how he made over two million dollars by filing double insurance claims for the Reno, Belvedere Fire and how he knew it was illegal and declared that no one would find out. OMG is right. However long you have been paying rent, he has been keeping it and now you will have to move. More than likely, the place you live is not even his. It most likely belongs to someone that assumed Bijan was paying the mortgage with the rent money you have been sending him. Which unit is yours?
