The band is shocked about the loss of an old VoA-family member but wants to express sincere gratitude to Nicole not only for 5 years of sharing a musical Vision but also for more than a decade of friendship inside and outside of Visions of Atlantis. Without Nicole Visions Of Atlantis would have never been born and her unique voice and personality were a big part of VoA. With Nicole a great part of Visions Of Atlantis died as well. One thing I will say about being in America, listening to Symphonic Metal. It doesn't get radio play here at all, which sucks, but on the other hand, coming to youtube and discovering yet another amazing SM band is kinda cool. It's like finding an Easter egg. You think you've got a pretty good handle on what's what in this genre that basically only gets play in Europe, and then you stumble on another band (in my case VoA) and you realize you still have much yet to listen to.

I was able to be introduced to VoA while I was incarcerated and now I am looking for all of their material. This song is incredible and I have to agree that a great voice was lost.

@RicoLen1 Hey dude, I was involved with ProgPowerUSA here in Atlanta and there are a few places where these bands do appear in the US, though NOT NEARLY ENOUGH.After 10 years I have many great personal friends among these bands and I started 2 artist support channels just to expose them here.This Totally Fem Metal Channel is working to expose the 300+ fem metal bands I have found.
