  • you should try BSN's SYNTHA-6, that's the best tasting protein on the market (they've even patented it). check out the reviews, they all say the same thing. that's why i picked it up.

    and to add to that, it has 6 kinds of protein, from fast ingestion to slow (meaning you're fuller longer, and keep your muscles' nutrients flowing

  • @jxk2790 true, that's why I take, Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, a serving of CGT-10(creatine, glutamine, taurine mix), and a serving of usplabs modern bcaa. All non-flavored except the serious mass(chocolate). Put it in the blender bing bam boom, everything in one, you get your protein, carbs, creatine, aminos(glutamine and bcaa). Try it, you'll be amazed, and ready to workout 2hours later, lol speeds up recovery time and you feel full and your muscles look full too.

  • @kungura I'd stay from anything by BSN or any of the muscle milk products, they both have the highest measured amounts of metal in their products....these metals, including mercury, will literally make you retarded

  • ON (optimal nutrition) makes great products in my opinion. Those are the only supplements I use.

  • @kungura Just a shame that syntha-6 is crap. Only half of each 44g serving is actualy protein, it's a waste of money and full of junk you don't need. Spend half the money on any other whey protein and get double the results without breaking the piggy bank. BSN stands for bullshit nutrition btw. A 50% protein content from what is supposedly an "ultra-premium" protein powder is an absolute joke.

  • @magickingga do some research b4 you post, stop quoting muscle mags, fruit sugar dosen't even replenish muscle glycogen...oatmeal is best, uesing fast sugar make's no difference to muscle hypertrophy, it's in the medea just to sell supplements like cell tech dont get sucked in.

  • this video is great and u talked sense...i am into proper bodybuilding.....i wanna know something...I am taking maca products long with amino acid capsules.....do u think this is good enough and also should i start takin MAP(Master Amino Pattern) in my supplement list...
