@visweetaddie well you braid the hair in cornrows and then use a latch hook to crochet loose hair around your cornrows. It takes about 5 hours to do if you do it on your own and it last about 2 months. I'm not exactly sure how else to explain it. LOL.

I've been coming across this video for the past couple of years. I have done a few but recently did my own using Femi Jamaica Twist and the reviews have been Crazy! Anything that doesn't cost a lot and take less time is a must for me and my clients! One lady Youtube has stated that she sprays the hair with water to lessen the frizz so I will attemp that. As I may have said before, still a great job...

@lovenmerc Im talking about how many knots i put on each cornrow. on the cornrows by my temples i may only put 4 knots and they as i get closer to the top of my head i add more and more knots. Does that make sense?

So what do you mean you are doing four or eight or twelve? And how far apart are you doing the crochet braids?
