@VladislavGomulka ,,you are right,,but this is forgotten part of Jewish history in Eastern Europe — the military heroics of Jews who fought on behalf of the Soviet Union. This history has mostly been swept away by the fate of Jews elsewhere in Europe, and by the antisemitism of the Soviet regime.
