"We ate there during prime dinner hour on a Thursday and the place was creepy dark and empty. It felt like a hotel restaurant that no locals ever go to, which is surprising given the popularity of the Bellevue location. I think everything in that 2200 Westlake complex is going to really struggle to survive. Also, it seemed that to make up for the lack of volume, they are gouging a bit on the prices. $11 for a mixed drink?! $34 for Ahi tuna? Come on..."

We actually have mixed drinks at $4 during happy hour and even some that are more expensive at $13 that use premium liquors. We have Manhattans and Martinis for $4 as well.

Our Ahi Tuna is a center cut premium A-grade Sashimi tuna.

I think this is a great way to respond to negative or positive reviews, I hope more business owners take the time to respond in this fashion. We are planning a coastal roadtrip this Spring and would love to visit The Seastar Restaurant and try it out ourselves.
