@patchedupragdoll I don't think he's being a hypocrite. As you've said, Jesus is supposed to be teaching certain messages, the most important of which is forgiveness. Mary is no longer a prostitute at this point, that's why I disagree with the point of view that Judas was right. After all, during the crucifixion Christ asks God to forgive the very people that executed him.

@patchedupragdoll Yes, he's right, but I think his main motivation is jealousy. He doesn't like that Mary is so close to Jesus. As he says, Judas was Jesus' right hand man all along, and now this woman is coming in and becoming close to Jesus.
