  • I am always looking for good evening routines to do before bed. This one was great but I was prepared for all the props that are involved in this routine and don't own most of them :(

  • i do not get my periods on time, please help me. i have no thryoid problems and all my counts are normal.i have no other health problems but i am slightly overweight and have fat buildup over the tummy region.could that cause this? please help me with a video thanks.
