In this event with Telefonica, its a very intensive seminar, a very intensive workshop we use the Nia Technique and Maria Contreras teaches about energy management.
I do a lot of seminars and workshops and they are very intensive for executives. I really believe that through the experience and use of the Nia Technique we can capitalise more during the deep process for the executives by having more physical energy in the moment that our group discussions and our small group process take place.
