Hi Kim - I glad that you explained more clearly about "No Child Left Behind" and you're correct that I just saw it from President Obama's State of Union address. He mentioned that this ideology from Bush's. No Child Left Behind system had already proven a failure ideology, and I learned something new from you about "Child First," which I hope you'd update with us about this proposal that it is currently undertaking with Obama's admission. I hope for the best in the future for next generation
