So you all gonna blame Obama when some American has sex with a foreigner that is inflicted with AIDS/HIV? Seriously, there is so much AIDS/HIV in America already. The one who is gonna have unprotected sex is at just as much risk as the needle pushers. Believe me, I know first hand. My mother... got it from my stepdad who was a needle pusher!
