Your blowing dust particles everywhere inside ur box genius...Regardless if you have fans blowing out as well your heat sinks are going to keep collecting dust and eventually accumulate enough dust to create a blanket and eventually over heat. In my opinion its a bad idea facing the fans to blow in.

i have done similar, but i have not put the fans at the back, why did u put it at the bak, you could just mod the fan at the bak to run faster
