flock of butterflies in after effects

a flock or group of butterflies going to the woods or the forest or whatever. made and animated in after effects cs3. pictures made in photoshop cs3 extended. it looks like it is 3d but it is not. the butterflies are extually 3 pictures 2 of the wings 1 of the body.

work in progress. there are mistakes in dis video. but I will change it soon.

Dude, just wondered if you can help me...are the butterflys 3d? or are they flat 2d then u made them bend(flap) in AE?

this was 2d but you could also do this in 3d. thatwould look cooler, but that's more work and you will need a plugin for after effects like zaxwerks for 3d in after effects.
