  • NIcely done. I've personally seen San Soo work in real life situations, and have used it myself. Ya, I've never used the more advanced techniques in real life and its never gone like a demo, but the basics are always there. It just becomes a part of you, muscle memory. I remember the first time I didn't realize I had used the techniques until it was over. People can hate all they want, but they're obviously ignorant. I know San Soo works and thats all that matters.

  • Only the intellectually challenged would not be able to comprehend the high level of martial arts contained within the system of Kung Fu San Soo. When practicing a series of strikes, it is not as if we solely practice within the confines of the one set pattern. We practice as such that the pattern can be adjusted with brutal effectiveness no matter how the attacker responds to our defense. People who lack the intellectual fortitude for San Soo will never understand it and only get lesser arts.

  • sansho...nice, muay thai...maybe better, pak mei.....insanity......all three...end up in jail!!!

  • If anyone knows of any dojos in New Jersey that teach San Soo, please tell me.

  • Nice video! I see some concepts that look familiar with jiu jitsu but this is more fierce and explosive. i like it. good job guys!

  • Being, at present, Muay Thai (albeit amateur) practitioner from a San Soo background, I can honestly say that the mindset and techniques from San Soo are 100% real world applicable. The philosophy taught is priceless. My old Sifu put it quite concisely, "fighting's an ugly thing. You may defeat your enemy, but no one really "wins". But, if you're left with no other options, attack fast, hard, and don't get any on your shoes."

  • Eliminate the aerial and falling part then I'll like it. San soo is a good style but tends to be too showy in some schools.

  • @shonuff6699 you have a school? where?
