What congress could not or did not do in 45 years that sin they are trying to put on our (Modi's) heads.That's the reason I am challenging congress and entire opposition to contest the election on the issue of development. They are claiming and propoganding that this road, hospital, building, school, college etc Modi has not constructed or he has not done anything, so this time kindly question them that how many years congress have ruled the state? Friends congress has ruled Gujarat for 45 years and Modi has ruled only for bare 5 years.
