South of the Twin Cities, MN there were two simultaneous Iridium Flares in Northfield, MN. We drove 89 miles to see this little blip in the sky.

These are produced by satelites that broadcast phone waves around the globe when the sun's light reflects off of them. Scientists and stargazers enjoy!
