@28rohanronit he is using Maya (looks like version 2009 or so). It requires a fair amount of 3D knowledge, it's not just a plug and play program.

@Brutallll If you place it somewhere in the Assets folder of your project directory, it should appear in the Project pane, allowing you to drag it into the scene. Most likely, you'll also need to open the FBX's properties in the Inspector, and change the scale from .01 to 1 so it's not terribly tiny.

i have a question, you have the FBX file, then how you do import into Unity3d?

but you could just make them with blender?
do people let you download there models cos i am starting a new unity projest and dont want to have to make my own moadel please give me a link if so

@THECRYTON I don't "Give away" my models. But, since the project she was staring in got canceled, I've been thinking of turning her into a prototype character that I'll be selling on the unity asset store.
