He defended himself why the hell should he be facing charges he body slammed him is that not what the bully deserved? I mean America sucks what happened to the 50's and times before where if you fought you fought and nothing happened and guess what there was no bullying then was there because kids fought back and where standing up for themselves.But now kid are scared to fight back due to the fact of suspension so I give a big middle finger to who ever thought this ''policy'' up.

I don't know if this is over yet but one thing many of you might disagree on but what is the possibility of a 16 year old who is that size getting picked on by what in the comments many have said a 12 year old. I'm not saying Casey did anything first but there is more of a possibility of that happening. They both have two different sides to the story and Richard says he was being bullied first which I would think has more of a possibility of happening because of the size and maybe the age diffe

this doesn't fucking makes sense. how can you be charged with assault for defending yourself? sure, casey's defense may have been a bit excessive but nonetheless he was merely defending himself concisely. the other kid punched him first. that is assault and he provoked casey. that is motherfucking assault

@TheEpicLego123 Casey has been bullied most of his life. Richard has done more than that to Casey. They interviewed Casey and he said that one time, Richard and his friends duck taped him into a pole. In my opinion, the little prick deserved to be slammed into the ground and Casey doesn't deserve to be charged with assault. Plus, most schools don't do shit to stop the bullying.
